Jena's products are shipped securely and tracked from Belgium and The United States.

FREE shipping is available for orders over 100€ without the need for a code.

    It's important to note that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes, so please provide a physical address. Additionally, we do not offer package rerouting, pick-ups, or refunds for items sent to hotels or other temporary locations.

    Once an order is placed, we cannot cancel or adjust it. Orders typically take 1-2 business days to process before dispatch. You will receive a tracking link via email once your order is dispatched, and delivery times are estimated. Please refer to the following timeline for expected delivery:

    • Shipping within the Netherlands & Belgium: 1-2 business days
    • Shipping within Europe: 2-5 business days
    • Shipping within the USA: 3-6 days
    • Shipping within the United Arab Emirates: 3-6 days

    Please keep in mind that delivery times may vary based on customs clearance and other factors outside of our control.

    Please be aware that during promotional periods, the processing and shipping times of orders may increase due to the high volume of orders.

    Jena's Cosmetics only ships on business days, which are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. If you place an order over the weekend, it will be processed on the following business day.

    If your Jena's package arrives damaged due to shipment, please keep the shipping box, Jena's products, and outer white cardboard packaging and email support@jenascosmetics.com within 5 business days to inform us about the damage. In this case kindly include pictures of the outside and the inside of the package and include them in the email.

    After the package has been dispatched from our warehouse, the shipping carrier assumes responsibility for it. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost or stolen during transit or upon arrival. We suggest filing a claim through the courier's website, and if they are unable to provide a solution, please contact support@jenascosmetics.com after filing the claim. Our team will help you as best we can.
