Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
To request a return, please contact us at support@jenascosmetics.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to proceed. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Important: Shipping & Unclaimed Orders
🚨 Failed Deliveries & Unclaimed Packages 🚨
- If the shipping carrier fails to deliver your order due to incorrect address, multiple failed delivery attempts, or non-responsiveness, the package may be returned to us.
- If you selected a pickup location, it is your responsibility to collect the package on time.
- If an order is returned due to non-pickup or failure to respond to the delivery company, shipping fees are non-refundable.
💡 If you believe there was an issue with the delivery, please contact us before requesting a refund so we can check with the shipping provider.
If you want to change your shipping method after placing your order, please contact us before your order is shipped.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
If you want to exchange an item, please return your current item first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order.
Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note:
- It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact support@jenascosmetics.com.
