Shipping and Order Policy

All Jena’s products are shipped securely from Europe, the United States, and the United Arab Emirates with tracking included.

We offer free shipping, based on your destination country. The applicable threshold for free shipping is automatically calculated at checkout (no code needed) and displayed in your cart and banner. Please note that free shipping does not cover any duties or taxes.

Important: Once an order is placed and processed by our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Please make sure your shipping details are correct when placing your order, as Jena’s is not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a valid residential address.

  • We do not reroute packages, offer pick-ups, or issue refunds for packages shipped to hotels, warehouses, businesses, or other temporary addresses.

Order Processing:

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).

  • During promotional periods, processing may take longer due to higher order volumes.

  • Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping and Delivery:

  • You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been shipped.

  • Delivery times vary by country and are listed at the bottom of this page.

Responsibility and Claims:
Once the package leaves our warehouse, the shipping carrier becomes responsible. Jena’s is not liable for packages lost or stolen in transit or upon delivery. In such cases, please contact the courier directly to file a claim. If you need further assistance, contact us at support@jenascosmetics.com.

If your package arrives incomplete or damaged due to shipping, please take photos of:

  1. The shipping box

  2. The Jena’s products

  3. The outer cardboard packaging

Email these photos to support@jenascosmetics.com within 5 business days of delivery, and we will assist you further.

 

FREE 30 DAYS RETURNS

We hope you love our products as much as we do. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return your Jena's product (s) free of charge within 30 natural days from the date of delivery.

Please note that product(s) must be returned unused, undamaged and in its original cardboard outer packaging, which must remain sealed and thereby unopened. Returns that do not meet these requirements will unfortunately not be refunded. Please also make sure you choose an appropriate cardboard shipping box for your return to prevent the item(s) from being damaged while in transit. Check our return and refund policy for more details.
