Shipping policy
SHIPPING
All of our Jenascosmetics products are shipped to you from Belgium or the USA depending on the market via a secure, tracked shipping method.
Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes, please provide a physical address.
Orders placed before 12H will be processed the same day. Processing time can take from 1 to 3 days.
Jenascosmetics ships to Europe and the US only currently.
We only ship on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following business day.
In case your Jen's package arrives damaged as a result of shipment, please save the shipping box, the Jena's products and its outer white cardboard packaging, and email us as soon as possible at info@jenascosmetics.com to notify us of the damage.
FREE 30 DAYS RETURNS
We hope you love our products as much as we do. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return your Jena's product (s) free of charge within 30 natural days from the date of delivery.
Please note that product(s) must be returned unused, undamaged and in its original cardboard outer packaging, which must remain sealed and thereby unopened. Returns that do not meet these requirements will unfortunately not be refunded. Please also make sure you choose an appropriate cardboard shipping box for your return to prevent the item(s) from being damaged while in transit. Check our return and refund policy for more details.
