All Jena’s products are securely shipped from our fulfillment center in the United Arab Emirates, with tracking included on every order.
We aim to deliver your order as quickly and reliably as possible. Please find all shipping options, processing times, and delivery details below.
📋 General Info
- Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday
- No shipping or processing on Sundays or UAE public holidays
- You will receive a tracking email once your order has been shipped
- 📦 Shipping Options & Delivery Times
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after placement
- During sales or high-volume periods, processing may take longer
- Orders placed after cut-off times are processed the next business day
🇦🇪 United Arab Emirates
We offer three shipping options:
- Same Day (Metro Areas) – Cut-off: 2:00 PM UAE
- Next Day – Cut-off: 4:00 PM UAE
- Free Shipping – Orders over AED 200, delivered next business day
GCC Countries
(Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar, Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon)
- Delivery Time: 5–6 working days
- Remote Areas: 7–10 working days

- Once processed, orders cannot be canceled or changed
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct — we are not responsible for errors at checkout

📬 Shipping Responsibility & Claims
Once shipped, your parcel is in the care of the courier. Jena’s is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or stolen in transit or after delivery.
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please email support@jenascosmetics.com within 5 business days and include:
- Photos of the outer shipping box
- The products received
- Any damage or missing items
We’ll assist you as soon as possible.
