How often do I use it?
To ensure optimal results, it's suggested to use the derma roller once or twice a week, allowing your scalp's skin time to heal and recover between each use. When using the roller, pass it back and forth at least 5-10 times per section of the scalp for maximum hair growth benefits.
When do I use it?
It is advisable to use the derma roller before washing your hair, as it enhances the scalp's absorption and works effectively to enhance the benefits of scalp treatments. Using it pre-wash, before applying any scalp treatment, increases the overall effectiveness.
What are the microneedles made of?
Our derma roller's microneedles are made of medical-grade titanium alloy, known for its durability and strength. This guarantees a longer lifespan, less prone to blunting, and a sharper needle for a longer period of time, especially for microneedles of smaller sizes. This feature ensures the longevity of the product.
Does this cut or break my hair?
The derma roller's 0.3mm microneedles are not strong enough to cut or damage your hair even if they come into direct contact. To avoid any pulling or tugging of the hair, it is important to separate the hair and roll the microneedles along the scalp line during use. Rest assured, the use of the derma roller will not break or damage your hair.
Does it hurt to use it?
Using the derma roller is not painful. The 0.3mm microneedles are not large enough to cause any harm, even when applied with a light pressure. The sensation you may feel is similar to a gentle scratching or tingling on the scalp.
Does your scalp have to be clean before use?
Yes, we recommend having a clean scalp before use. A clean scalp is when there are no flakes or product buildup. We recommend cleaning your scalp lines with a damp cotton pad before use.
How do I clean it?
It is suggested to sanitize the head of the derma roller before and after use to prevent dust or bacteria from coming in contact with your scalp and causing irritation. This can be done by cleaning it with a sanitizing solution or alcohol on the roller head and allowing it to dry completely before use.
Is this safe for people with a metal allergy?
Yes, it is safe to use unless you have a titanium allergy.
Keep in mind that results may differ for each person. Consistency in use is key to achieve optimal results. It is not recommended to use this product on the face. Also, if you have a highly sensitive scalp or skin issues such as eczema or psoriasis, it is better to avoid using this tool as it may cause further irritation.
